Michel Ceuterick
Art historian specialising in Flemish painting
Michel Ceuterick received his M.A degree in the history of art at the KULeuven in 1983 following which he studied & worked in the Old Master paintings department at Sotheby’s, London until 1993. In 1994 he curated the exhibition Augsburg Silver in Belgian Collections at the Sterckshof Silver Museum Antwerp and has since advised art collectors and institutions on the acquisition of Old Master paintings and the restoration of historical buildings. Since 2016 he is working on a critical catalogue raisonné of Jacques Jordaens’ painted oeuvre.
